ORDERS

How do I place an order?
Browse our collection at zafiracosmetics.com, select your product and shade, and click "Add to Cart." Follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order enters production and can no longer be changed. Contact us immediately at zafirahelp365@gmail.com if you need to make a change.

I didn't receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us at zafirahelp365@gmail.com with your name and the email address used at checkout and we'll resend it.


SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. After that, delivery takes 3–7 business days within the US, 5–10 business days to Canada, and 7–21 business days for international orders.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the US, Canada, and select international destinations. Available countries are shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also visit zafiracosmetics.com/pages/track-your-order to check your delivery status.

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Is that normal?
Yes, tracking updates can sometimes be delayed by the carrier. If there's been no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us at zafirahelp365@gmail.com and we'll look into it.


PRODUCTS

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All Zafira Cosmetics products are vegan and cruelty-free, formulated without animal-derived ingredients and never tested on animals.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are formulated to be suitable for all skin types. However, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list on each product page if you have known allergies or sensitivities. If you have specific concerns, consult a dermatologist before use.

Where are your products made?
All Zafira Cosmetics products are made in Canada by our manufacturing partner, using ethically sourced, natural ingredients.

Do your products contain parabens or talc?
No. Our formulas are paraben-free and talc-free.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Can I return a product?
Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resolve it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at zafirahelp365@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.

What if my package never arrived?
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If the issue persists after 3 business days, contact us at zafirahelp365@gmail.com.


PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and all other payment methods available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted SSL connections. We do not store your card details.
