At Zafira Cosmetics, we want you to love every product you receive. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. We strongly encourage you to review product descriptions, shades, and details carefully before purchasing.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at zafirahelp365@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review your request, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement of the same item
- Store credit for the full value of the affected product
- A refund to your original payment method, if applicable
3. Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and building staff
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Reach out to us at zafirahelp365@gmail.com if the issue is unresolved after 3 business days
We will do our best to assist you, however Zafira Cosmetics is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at zafirahelp365@gmail.com. After 24 hours, orders are sent to production and can no longer be cancelled.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
