At Zafira Cosmetics, we want your order to arrive quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy so you know exactly what to expect.


1. Order Processing

All Zafira Cosmetics products are made fresh to order by our manufacturing partner. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before being handed off to the carrier. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout. If your country is not listed, please contact us at zafirahelp365@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

United States 3–7 business days after processing
Canada 5–10 business days after processing
International 7–21 business days after processing

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, and customs processing.


4. Shipping Carriers

Orders within the United States are shipped via USPS. Canadian orders are shipped via UPS. International orders are fulfilled through a network of local couriers depending on destination.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status directly on the carrier's website. You can also track your order on our website at zafiracosmetics.com/pages/track-your-order.


6. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout. Zafira Cosmetics has no control over customs processing times or fees.


7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Zafira Cosmetics is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at zafirahelp365@gmail.com — we can only make changes within 24 hours of purchase.


8. Shipping Delays

Zafira Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at zafirahelp365@gmail.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
